You might think this is a take away spot. Don't let that mistake you. Grab a coffee, take the door next to the bar and go all the way back to find the white door, which will lead you to a cute patio.

All the donuts are amazing. Maple Glazed Bacon, Orange Glaze and Chocolate Star Anise are my faves. The Four Barrel coffee here is the best on the street (don't tell Philz I said that).

The gluten free doughnuts have good texture and flavor - they rotate the flavors. The backyard patio is a SF secret, perfect quiet place to work if it's not too sunny.

The maple glazed apple bacon donuts are served every day; availability of other kinds (7-10/day) depends on "freshest ingredients available" & whim of the godlike pastry chef Sara Spearin & staff.

The gluten-free donuts are DELICIOUS. They are powdered, a bit crispy and have a lemon flavor. Even if you aren't gluten intolerant, this donut is worth a try.

The best are often citrus-flavored (lemon-thyme, lemon-pistachio, orange-ginger) but passion fruit-chocolate is also great, as is the bread pudding.
