    We stayed at Renaissance hotel at the airport, decent price very nice room and the first time a hotel actually had plug ins all over room to plug in chargers etc.

    Free wifi is great! Airport is easy to navigate, not too big. Lots of places to eat pre and post security. Love the charging posts at the gate side seats

    Quite a pretty airport. Check out the living wall on the domestic side. Cookies by George is a nice treat while you wait. Note that it takes a while to get through security so arrive early.

    Security line can be brutal here, and then a long hike to your gate. Be sure to pack your carry on efficiently be early.Also, hiking backpacks considered normal luggage @ YVR are sporting goods here.

    There is an observation deck to the left of security. People usually sleep on the benches so help yourself to free luggage, shoes, etc.

    Here to take a Air Canada Flight? Stop at the closest bar FIRST and take a shot or 2 of Tequila, then go 2 the store & get some Vasaline. NOW you R properly prepared 4 your AC experience. GOOD LUCK!

    Easy to slam Edmonton if you don't get to know the town. Plenty to like. Elm cafe or Credo for great coffee. Catch a hockey game. Check out Fort Edmonton for some history. Don't judge too fast.

    Watch out for the "free wi-fi" here. It's not really free. You have to provide some sort of personal info in order to gain access. I couldn't get their 15 min. ad supported access to work either.

    e-BP is the only way to fly.....along with a great back pack...no need for lineups other than at security.....scan your boarding pass on ur iPhone and save a tree!

    Edmonton isn't my favorite city but I'll always remember it for the mall Water park and Fort Edmonton Historical Park! Check them out if your looking for touristy spots.
