Near the spot of an abandoned mining claim once dedicated to the famed little Nell, where the beauty of Aspen Mountain once lured prospectors in search of silver treasure, now comes element 47 -- an equally alluring promise of epicurean enchantment.
Great lunch spot!
Amazing service, the cod and trout were delicious.
Wonderful tasting menu and wine pairing on 12/30. I never realized that I needed smoked sturgeon sauce--off the charts, memorable and one component of a really delicious meal.
Try the Ginger & Mary Ann
Element 47 is off the charts, the staff is incredible and the food was very well prepared. The sea bass is probably the best dish in Aspen. Thank you and we will be back!
Montagna’s menu is created around whatever local produce is in season and ingredients that come from the restaurant’s farm in the nearby town of Paonia.
Moscow Mule is the best drink in town!
The chef at this venue not only buys local produce - he even has his own farm! Sample the crispy chicken under a brick w/ local radishes, fava bean fritti, mint, & pecorino for a local-food feast.
