Long long long queues during the morning session. Go by afternoon and the queues easy by. The north and the south views are the best.

Waste of time, and money, boring place. Workers are rude and don't know how to do their job.

Don't ever update to 102nd floor, nothing special up there and it's not open like the 86th, with a terrible view through a dirty and greasy glass!

1,050 ft up in the air might make it seem like your not on Earth any more but the occasional pigeons will remind you where you're at. :)

Don't listen to the guys selling tickets outside. Lied and said it was over 2 hours without an express pass. Said express pass (extra 10) would have us up in 25 minutes. Took 1hr:15min. Total waste.

Hardly needs an introduction. Make sure you get fast track at peak hours. If you're on a budget, reject offers for the higher viewing platform- it's all inside glass.
