Everything U want in a gym with a lot of service. Machines, weights, trainers, Zumba, yoga, boxing and Pilates. A pool, basketball court, sauna on 3 levels. Used to be called SportsClub LA.
No matter what hotel you stay in, check in with foursquare and unlock your free day pass. One day at this gym will make you want to stay at The Four Seasons - free to all guests.
Other gyms such as City Sport Club have the same thing, a pool, a basketball court, sauna and steam room. But the stand out feature is the extras provided, clean towels, Kiehls products, plastic bags
Kinda of an "older" vibe. It's nice, but I couldn't shake the hotel gym feel and the guy at front was rude. Saturday 9am spin class and bootcamp class after was extremely challenging. Fancy bikes!
free WiFi! private yoga rooms are great if you can snag one. the swimming pool is limited to 30 minutes if there are people waiting unfortunately (no sharing lanes)
One of the nicest health clubs in the city. The saline pool is amazing. And any group class taught by Cecily Guest will be a tough but, ultimately, satisfying workout.
If you are looking for a massage go see Kendra Rae. She is SF Guardian's "Best Therapist" for "Best of the Bay 2011" Hurry because her schedule fills up quick!
Only way to get in if you're not a member is by visiting with someone who is a member, but still a $15 guest fee. Worth it.
One of the nicest health clubs in the city. Amazing saline pool. Any group class taught by Cecily Guest will be a tough but ultimately satisfying workout.
I am a member of Equinox (Palo Alto). I had a guest pass to the new club here. I have to say this club is almost twice as big as Palo Alto.
Terrible customer service in the last 40 mins of any day. Closing floors well before stated times, shooing patrons out the door. Passive aggressive. Confrontation at least weekly!
Nice place to hold a business meeting, recently got rid of a lot of the sofas and replaced with table dining service.
Ask for Dario when you get to the membership office. Ill make it nice and easy to see and experince this wonderful healthclub.
Good gym. Lots of classes to take advantage of. Pricey but if you can afford it I can't imagine going elsewhere.
Salmon bowl with Wasabi mayo & brown rice. Who knew eating healthy could be so enjoyable. Great sweet potato fries!
Best gym in SF. Work out with Demetrios if you get a personal trainer and ask for the Spartan workout. You wont regret it!
Indoor salt-water pool. Basketball/volleyball/indoor soccer court. If you're looking for a trainer, I highly recommend Caitlin.
Classes by Joel and Isabella are the best! And check out training be Jason - they'll whip you into shape in no time!
Their check in promo isn't valid unless you being a guest with you. People at reception don't know about the 4sq promo at all. :(
Start your workout with an early morning Hatha Yoga Class! Followed by a Complimentary cup of Tazo Tea!
There's almost always an empty bench on the lower level.
Spinning on Mondays from 6:30 ~ 7:20 with Cecily Guest is THE best spinning class ever!
Jay's Jungshin class makes you feel like you're training to be in Soul Caliber. How much more epic can you get?
I have a hunch that, if you ask, there is a membership special going on.
The eucalyptus steam room is heaven if you have a cold.
By far the worst Equinox. So not worth the membership upgrade price.
Go to restruant bar and get ur food made by kelly and drinks made by kate!
If it's raining, watch out for the big puddle right in front of the door.
Order a small honey banana smoothie with protein after your workout to recover fast!

Look for fridges around the property with chilled eucalyptus towels :)
Died and went to gym heaven. LOVE this place. I could spend hrs here.
Sean's abs class helps make a great Saturday workout. Try it!
The salads and wraps are amazing!
This Equinox gym is way too big for anyone to get from one machine to the next
Since you so close to the SCLA SPA. Go get a 80 min deep tissue massage from Kendra! Shes A-Mazin'
Try the mango creamsicle smoothie after a workout
Jungshin rocks. Tues & Thurs at 6:30.
Recommend any class by Isabella Nascimento or Cecily Guest!
