Huge Equinox. Multiple floors. Empty during the day, not too bad during rush hour. Frequently out of floor jump ropes, but if you ask a trainer nicely he/she may let u borrow one. Love this location.
I'm a Membership Advisor at this location, and I would be happy to answer any questions you might have! My email is email@example.com or you can call 212.799.1818 and ask for Brett. Thank you!
Arnold's yoga class on Sunday's at 4:15 pm is one of the most challenging (and rewarding) classes that I've taken at 92nd St.
Carlos is a great trainer. He will work you hard, but also knows how to have a good time. Trust me. Book a session with him
Melvin (Mel) is my trainer here, and and incredible motivator. A former Marine, the man is amazing... I'd suggest to anyone.
Love the third floor spin studio at this location. The steam room is always relatively empty which is great
Big thumbs up to Marie J in personal training and Amanda in Pilates studio. Wonderful and comfortable people to work with.
Spin bike reservations fill up incredibly fast. If you get there early you can grab a bike if there is a no show.
I come for the food. It's the only place with baked yams, and I love the coffee. A great place to chill and read the paper while people watching.
I'm a new Trainer at Equinox. I've been training, teaching Spinning, Zumba, and Bootcamp for about 3 years, if you see me on the floor come say hi!

Still love their yams. I can never seem to cook mine so they come out so tasty and fluffy.

First time trying out Vinyasa Yoga, teacher sounded like a robot and I did not enjoy! Wasn't for me. Wasn't fun!
