    One of the best vegan bakeries I've been too. The banana bread and apple strudel was to die for. I wish I had a photo but it was so good, I couldn't stop devouring every bite!

    The day-olds are just as tasty! Pop the loaf slices into the toaster oven for a few mins and ya got yourself a great treat! This is especially true of the spicy cornbread.

    Vegan cupcakes probably don't sound great to most non-vegans, but these ones are solid. Try the banana cinnamon, it's got big ol' hunks of banana in it.

    They are light and you don't feel like you just ate a whole stick of butter in one go.The frosting is just sweet enough that you don't feel sick to your stomach after eating a giant glob of it.

    Cults lead singer worked here when she first moved to NYC. She only lasted two weeks, but still calls it the best bakery in the world. Go for the Red Velvet.

    Not sure why they didn't have their lights on but display case was dark, entire bakery was dark- I couldn't see what there was to order. And the nyu type staff was not helpful!
