If you have multi-day tickets be prepared to take a picture upon entering the first time. And sign the back of them.

There's more surface area in the esplanade and downtown Disney than the entirety of Disneyland.

Ticket prices usually go up in May. Watch Disney sites and blogs because the announcement happens quick.

Awesome - except for major rides closing for frequent maintenance issues. And the fireworks show cancelled "due to wind conditions." Again?

Some cast members look throughly through your purse. Some just glance in and wave you through. You never know who you're going to get.

If you need tickets (and didn't buy them online in advance...) walk all the way around the booths to see if there are open windows on the far side. Don't just line up behind everyone else.

Scan for strollers. When you get to actually scan your ticket, strollers are routed thru another gate separate from non stroller wielding folk.

If you can afford it, and you live in the area, go for the year pass. That way, you can avoid this bland signage and all the tourists.
