    Much improved terminal than it used to be. Better choice of food outlets including Burger King and Starbucks. Toilets refurbished and relocated to a bigger location in centre of terminal.

    To make it easier to remember, I would have named the UK and French terminals Nelson and Napoleon, instead of Victor Hugo and Charles Dickens, respectively.

    Having the passport control after the calling might prevent boarding your train but they usually care much less than on the way into the UK

    I take this route a lot and 80% of the time it goes well. It's quick but don't expect much. Stay in your car relax or take a quick nap . Avoid the toilets 😬.

    To say sorry for delays all drinks are free and a little food package .. Staff all very cheerful and helpful however difficult to say how long we have to wait - Burger King staff very helpful

    If you're on the single deck the toilets are just over the loading deck at either end of the train and tgere are three of them each end.

    Russian citizens residents in the UK: your passport will not be stamped by French border control when travelling out and to the UK via Eurotunnel. I don't think they even check if you have a visa!
