Eveleigh Market is an authentic Farmers’ Market held every Saturday from 8am to 1pm. The Eveleigh Artisans’ Market is held on the first Sunday of the month from 10am to 3pm, providing a platform for designers, artists and makers to showcase and sell their wares directly to the public.
Small child / pedigree dog mandatory accessory. Either will suffice. Preferably in a matching pair.

Lots of organic produce. Kylie Kwong's often in da house. Great breakfasts. Native flowers ... All within the historic Eveleigh Carriageworks surrounds. Too cool for school.
The laneway short cut from the station is now fenced off for construction.

The coffee at Cappacino afloat is as bitter as my ex-wife...
Avoid bird cow fish. Takes forever & toasted sandwiches are too oily. Steak place is much faster & tastier. Staff are better too.
If it looks like rain sit under the awning, preferably not down-wind of the barbecue......

Cappuccino afloat has the best coffee. Uses bio cups, sells keepcups, single origin, riverina milk, awsum fast service, fresh ground decaf, grinds coffee for home. gr8 tasting coffee dark roast.

Best farmers markets in Sydney. Get a coffee from the Colombian connection at the far end. Grab chocolates from Gumnut and a healthy breaky from Kitchen Green. Kids & dog friendly

Get there well before 1pm. We got there just after 12.30 and people were already packing up.
Zucchini cake from bird cow fish is lovely. Potatoes from the potato shop are super fresh.
