Extra Virgin is a neighborhood spot that attracts diners from all across the city. In addition to deliciously inventive Mediterranean food and a comfortable but energetic dining room, Extra Virgin offers different varieties of extra virgin oils from around the world each night.
It was supposed to be an Italian restaurant with Greek influences. Food was good but expensive and not so authentic
What a surprise! This place is superb and reasonably priced. The Sunday spaghetti and meatballs are worth the hype 😋 🍝
Good food and cool vibe. More generally Mediterranean with more fish than pasta. Sit at the bar if no tables
Great brunch on a perfectly quaint street in the WV. Basque scramble is a must and fries are perfectly crispy!
Rigatoni bolognese and the spaghetti and meatballs on Sunday's. Nothing else.
Come for brunch. Dinner was only soso. Sit outside.
Cozy. Delicious. Great service.
Great for a cozy dinner on a cold night. Lots of gorgeous fish options. Loved the snapper and the shortrib.
The prosciutto wrapped sea scallops are amazing! Also, try the Tart Mac & Cheese!
Burger for the win
Cool vibe and ambiance. A little overpriced but not by much. Try the veal osso bucco if available.
Cozy outdoor seating. Good food.
Try the frittata!
A staple in Greenwich village. Moderately priced and excellent food. I recommend the snapper stuffed with crab meat.
Solid spot for brunch, nothing mind blowing but pretty good. Tables usually available even when the entire west village is overrun with brunch seekers.
Cutest outdoor seating on a nice day
Outdoor seating! Recommend: Extra Virgin saad, mahi mahi and Chilean seabass.
Good place to take a date and sit outside. Expect to wait though
Terrible service and mediocre food
Simply delicious! You can't go wrong with any of the fish options. Sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy the outdoor seating (most two tops) on this adorable west village street.
Very nice outdoor seating
Nice lobster tacos and sea bass!
The mashed potatoes with truffle oil
Everything is good! Try the truffle mash!
Full of NYU students for brunch 😟
I would pass on the curry shrimp tacos. Get the chicken entree.
Super trendy, good crowd, and great for group meals, but I found the food a bit underwhelming.
Get the lamb three ways and mussels
Chilean Sea Bass is really, really good
Great brunch spot
Great dog friendly spot if you can nab a table outside in the sun. Buzzy vibe, friendly crowd.
Great place for lunch, especially if you can sit outside!
A good surprise in the neighborhood, several good options on the menu, including healthy. The butternut squash raviolis were excellent!
Salmon, salads, meatballs, desserts, tuna tartare, mac & cheese
One of my favorite brunch spots in the West Village. Everything here is delicious, if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth, give the banana French toast a try!
Only recommend Brunch. Dinner is kind of meh.
Good food but no toast for brunch!?
The Jagger is amazing (winter cocktail). The burger is pretty good, but they tend to overlook it. Goat cheese salad needs more beets and less onions, but pistachio crust is great.
Great spot in the village. Food, staff excellent. Warm, friendly had a great time there. Had the pumpkin squash something, excellent.
Lovely place with a good selection of wine! Outdoors seating!
JR: "Eh! Eva! Evaa! Evaaaa!!!"
Everything! But I had the asparagus turkey burger.
Cozy little place with solid Italian food. Get a table in the back if it is cold outside.
Mushroom crusted chicken is to die for. Soooooo good.
Amazing brunch, Monte cristo sandwich is da bomb. Try your best to get a seat outside.
One of my favorite places in the west village for brunch if u like sweet get the french toast for sure!
The chicken is phenomenal, so is the soup.
If you want to go healthy, hard to go past the salads. Chopped Italian is delicious.
