Oldest bookstore in Reykjavik. Wide variety of Icelandic and foreign books, magazines Icelandic music, DVD, children´s books, toys, games, souvenirs, maps and travel guides. In-store Te&Kaffi coffee shop. Free Wi-Fi. Mon-Fri 9-22. Sat-Sun 10-22.
Feels like your average Barnes and Noble style bookshop. Lots of booms, magazines, toys, gifts and a cafe, too.
A little bit pricey, but it's a tourist place, what can you expect?
Very nice big bookstore with a great collection of books in the English language! Have a seat at the Te & Kaffi cafe inside!
Peaceful safe with great shakes! Enjoy :)
Always visit when in Reykjavik. They always have the latest books in store.
Beautiful 3-story bookstore with venue space and a coffee shop to boot.
Funny concept, but they have a big selection of great books. I guess it's nice to have a café in a bookshop since you can read magazines for free.
seriously great caffe mocha on 3rd floor
Perfect place to pick up an icelandic novel (translated in English) to read during your holidays!
Great bookstore chain. They all have Te Og Kaffi places inside so you can sit down and have a great coffee/tea drink. Free wifi and fun books/magazines to browse.
Buy the Dreamland book to get a clear view on Icelanders and how they see their nature

The coffee here is great, service is great, but the free WiFi tends to be shittier than an average sewage system.
Great library with nice apple tart in the cafe!
I bought some icelandic music cd's here! really nice remember from iceland! I loved the music and I recomend the compilations made by Icelandair which is a mix of the most listened music today
I like Icelandic book shops! You can take a coffee, grab few magazines, surf Internet and chill in so easy, and for free!! ( I mean reading books and magazines /wifi is for free)
Te & kaffi inside Eymundsson bookstore, same as #4. Great location, great veranda on sunny days and a great street side bar-style tables on rainy days.
Хорошие фотоальбомы и отличный кофе.

Respect! Check out the mural on 2nd floor of our founder and entrepreneur Sigfus Eymundsson who began his start-up of selling books in 1872. Yes 1872.
Taktu kaffibollann með í setustofuna á efstu hæðinni / Enjoy your coffee at the top floor
Prófaðu Spari Naanwich með guacamole. Himneskt!
Mmmm, good Frappochino!
Avoid sitting in the sun, the place is like a greenhouse when the sun is shining.
