This grand eco-friendly hotel located in the heart of downtown offers contemporary and elegant accommodations, private floors with concierge services, renowned dining outlets, a health centre and indoor pool.
Close to everything.
Beautiful hotel with great vuews
One of the best hotel in terms of service. I stayed for 3 months and became friends with a lot of the staff. Julie of housekeeping gets an A+ for cleanliness and being trustworthy with my stuff.
Big, tradicional city hotel in Montreal.
Gold Level a must.Very friendly staff and comfy bed.
Super ordinary hotel. Kid-friendly, but that was somewhat unappealing based on what I was expecting. I'd say skip it if you're looking for a hotel that works well with a romantic getaway.
This hotel sucks. Small rooms. Shit service. Fee to store bags. GFO. Frenchy wannabe
In the hotel John Lennon and Yoko Ono staged their action «In bed for peace» and recorded the song «Give Peace a Chance». These days you can also stay in the room on 17th floor.
If you touch any of the chargeable snack items or wine for more than 30 seconds you get a bill for them (they're on sensors) and have to go to the front desk to clear it up before checking out.
The parking is a gong show - can take 15-20 mins to get your car
Lousy hotel. Very noisy and ghetto. Could not sleep at all as these other people next door are so noisy and their child is constantly wailing. Will never stay here again.
Great staff... super awesome and friendly. room service menu - yum!!!!
I have enjoyed my stay here so far in the oldest and biggest hotel in Montreal; however it is traditional in the European size and amenities
Presidential suites are spacious for families with kids esp when staying for longer time. The view is excellent overlooking the busy street and the kids are excited to see outside rather turning on TV
Be sure you join the President's Club prior to checking in. It gives you a better room, newspaper and free internet in the room. Old hotel with lots of history, great location.
Nice, high quality hotel. You can exit the undergound from here and there is a nice hotel bar with live music (well, it's nice if you love piano music :-)).
The air in the room gets really dry because the heat/AC is always running. Get a humidifier from maintenance!
Don't forget the do not disturb sign! Chamber maids walk right in
Ask about parking before hand, they didn't have any all weekend for us.
First class hotel with friendly skilled staff and excellent breakfast buffet
Don't forget to try the Sunday brunch featuring Mediterranean dishes and wide selection of cheeses.
Avoid the hotel. It really does not deserve the Fairmont name. If old town stay at solplice. If downtown stay at le St Martin.
Use the 2 elevators with red arrows and go to S1 and S2. Explore miles of restaurants and shops underground of Montreal.
If you like to sleep longer in the morning, ask for a room in a less crowded floor when checking in.
Beaver club at the lobby level of hotel is the first club in Canada established in 1785.
The front desk staff is just wonderful
The room service Pacific Salad was huge and exactly what I needed after a day of traveling.
Put shit in your ears, cause the room's are so poorley soundproofed it's ridiculous!!
Sign up for their free President's Club and bypass long line for check-in and benefit from free wifi
Longing for a nap .. exhausted
Try the brunch buffet on Sundays, excellent!
John Lennon & Yoko Ono had their “bed-in” here and wrote “Give peace a chance”
Sign up for the president's club before hand for free and get free wifi. I wish I had known that. :(
Make sure you become a member of the Presidents club for faster checkins, free Internet and complimentary chocolate or cheese plate.
Try the Homemade Gingerale with a side if Rye. The best Rye and Ginger I've ever had.
Order manhattan at the bar, it comes with a brandy snifter w ice with a spout to pour into your martini glass
Agak jauh dari stasiun MRA, jadi cape jalan kakinya..
