There's only one chef so the wait can be long.
Hope you like your French toast burnt!
Great cocktails at brunch and a fun energy, but service was a bit scattered and brunch food was más o menos. Hot sauce was delish tho.
I literally can't recommend a single dish....worst food I've paid for in NYC. The strawberry basil cocktail (with vodka) was the sole bright spot
Just a wonderful experience. If you're lucky enough to have Isabel serve you, go with her suggestions!
"cozy" spot. Mac n cheese was nothing special. The grouper tacos were actually very good. I might come back if in the area but probably only for drinks
Meter parking available right in front...
Terrible service and the food had a long hair on it and they wouldn't even comp the food or drinks. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
No wonder I'm a Fatta Ass! Food so good!!!!
Try the tacos. They're out of this world!
The sangria is delicious during brunch but order quick cause they can run out. Also beware: cash only!
The a/c was broken which was brutal. Got "drunch". The Marty wasn't bad, the sangria is tiny, but overall the drinks are decent. Overall...affordable and not spectacular
Fried chicken is the biznizzz - 4 gloriously crispy, juicy, flavor loaded pieces. And the burrata with pistachio pesto is better than you'll find at many an Italian restaurant.
Britney Spears cocktails for Brunch
Desserts were soooooo good!
Short rib? Yes. FRIED CHICKEN? HELL YES!
Get the Marty!
Kale caeser salad was tasty. And the short ribs were divine. Juicy and full of flavor. Definitely coming back for brunch and their desserts!
Check out the Sunday Supper Club series. The next one, April 28th, focuses on molecular gastronomy techniques.
The burrata app is amazing
Delicious Sunday brunch. Taco blt with chipotle
Service is really sloooow. I had to chase down the waitress for the check. Drink special for brunch may seem like a steal (3 X + entree =$25) but they were watered down. Small portioned subpar food.
Cocktail menu currency is clams. Nice.
The chicken dinner deal for $25 is rather skimpy :/ tasty but left me hungry
Sunday brunch-get 3 cocktails and 1 entree for $25. 'Fatta Scrambled'-eggs, guacomole and salad had fluffy eggs but small serving and no bread, $12. No soy milk here for coffee.
Two words: Fried. Chicken.
Small portions. So plan on getting something afterwards. The potatoes on the brunch menu are SO delicious!
Drunch Special on Sundays. Get yourself a Marty and don't look back.
Bacon and eggs cocktail
Try the Pork Tenderloin - Pork Tenderloin. Pretty Epic!!
Try the Pastaless Pasta - Seriously amazing and fab cocktails too!
the table by the window is great for people watching. friendly staff, ever changing menu, stiff drinks. and desserts made by the chef's mom! double bonus.
Chef worked at the Meatball Shop and the Breslin before coming to this tiny LES eatery. Fatta Cuckoo excels at serving simple-yet-decadent twists on brunch fare like egg sandwiches and French toast.
These guys are always changing things up making it interesting check out their chalkboard outside to see what they are doing tonight!
Key. Lime. Pie.
If you cancel in under 24 hours they charge you $25 a head.
Get the Marty. The Adult Dude is also great. 3 cocktails with your brunch, and it's a Saturday. Not to mention that Marty is an awesome owner and host.
GET THE MARTY FOR BRUNCH
Such a charming place. You must try the key lime pie. Divine!
Try the chicken, its fantastic and deliciously comparable to le cirque's, dovetail's,and spago's, chicken. Must try.
Have the Key Lime Pie and Corpse Reviver for dessert: unforgettable pairing.
Start with the mussels or pork tacos. Then go straight for the chicken-- amazing.
The short rib breakfast sandwich is scrumdiddlyumptious!
Ask Marty to make you a Vesper. Delish!
Eat the key lime pie.
Don't let the silly name and tiny chairs fool you: this is a meal worth eating. Check out the roast chicken.
Try the crabcakes - they are the best in the city.
Breakfast burger is EPIC
