One of St. Louis County’s most unique parks. The park was created in 1968 covering nearly 200 acres in the heart of Chesterfield. Some of the attractions include historical buildings, a carousel, butterfly house, summer concerts, and a hiking trail.
Home to attractions like the Butterfly House, the St. Louis Carousel, built in the 1920s with more than 60 hand carved horses and deer, Thornhill Historic Site, and playgrounds.
Good nature trail for medium to large size dogs. The shrubs and plants along the trail could be too tall for small dogs. The reserved lodges are interesting.
Great fun for adults and kids alike. Carasol, butterfly house, kids playground and great picnic areas.
Watch out for dog doo. I dixnt step in any, but i could see how it could happen.
Go to Faust Park. Enter the Butterfly House and see the most incredible display of colors you never thought a butterfly could have on its wings!

Parties in the park on Tuesdays during summer are a lot of fun! Live music and food trucks plus its free bring blankets, chairs and coolers full of all your favorites and enjoy your night!
Great place for a picnic. Nice playgrounds, walking trails. Interesting all in one sink units with dryers and soap dispensers.
