    Stay away from Fazoli's in Jackson, TN. On 5/30 they triple charged my debit card and has claimed 3 times since that a credit has been issued. It has not. $52 overcharge. Terrible Service!

    Very disappointed. Poor service the last hour. A worker rolled her eyes as my husband and I walked in 45 minutes before close and took all the caps off of the soda machine before I even got my drink.

    Have to agree with everyone else on here, the food is good but service is terrible and the employees are rude. I've been here on more than one occasion and experienced bad, rude service.

    Service was horrible. The woman at the window ignored us. Treated us like crap. Barely could understand her. Talking like shes some gangster and laughed in my face when i told her my orderwas wrong.
