    Compliment 3hrs parking, but have to get validated at car park office located in the carpark UC floor. DO NOT EXCEED 3HRS OTHERWISE U GOTTA PAY FULL ON THE PARKING RATE!!!

    Before you guyz do the heavy workout, don't forget to warm up by doing some cardio exercise like cycling, running on a treadmil or stepping on the stepper. Exercise is fun ok!
