My go-to gym only because its a 7-min walk from my place. Pretty good and clean overall. Never take showers and chill at the sauna though. Don't like the atmosphere in the locker room
Fruit magic is damn expensive.
Do some stretchings first before lifting weights.
When in the sauna or steam bath room, be mindful of other people. Refrain from talking too loud with your companion/s.
better to have your workout before 4m, its crowded 4pm onwards. ask for the monthly sched if group activity in the reception
i avoid this place when doing muscle training after work. Jam packed. Mas ok megamall.

Great staff including trainers, but terrible clients! They have no manners/etiquette. I had my Beats headphones stolen at the locker room. Be very cautious of belongings. There are kleptomaniacs.
