    Try the Body balance or Cycling class every wednesday noon. A needed stretch for flexibility and stability or intense cardio workout. Your choice. Hands down to the class instructors. Awesome! :)

    If you like exercising in a small group try the small room upstairs in FF. Its just got a few machines for cardio and a big screen where you can watch your favorite movie. My favorite spot.

    Great staff including trainers, but terrible clients! They have no manners/etiquette. I had my Beats headphones stolen at the locker room. Be very cautious of belongings. There are kleptomaniacs.

    The first ever Fitness First location in the Philippines, still going strong after all these years. Now more of a neighborhood gym serving Salcedo and Legaspi village residents.

    The morning RPM Challenge sessions are on Mondays and Wednesdays. These start at 6:45. Best to be in before 6:30 to sign up because the slots get filled quickly.

    Make sure to grab the hair dryer even of the person ahead of you is not yet finished because the person behind you might use it without asking if your not fast enough.

    My go-to gym only because its a 7-min walk from my place. Pretty good and clean overall. Never take showers and chill at the sauna though. Don't like the atmosphere in the locker room

    Service is not so great, a lot of free weights lying around misplaced despite a dozen trainers just standing around. Always crowded after office hours.

    better to have your workout before 4m, its crowded 4pm onwards. ask for the monthly sched if group activity in the reception

    Attend the BodyBalance classes to get strong and flexible at the same time. Enjoy the nice music and challenge yourselves using Taichi, Yoga and Pilates moves.

    In locker rooms, don't use the windows as mirrors at night. You can be seen at the smoking area at 7th floor.

    FF increased my membership fee by 5%... Wala naman bagong equipment, experienced no shower in morning, lagi pang sira yung steam ... Shame shame shame.
