Ceiling is high, giving the illusion that it's big. Spacious on weekends and mornings. Like a busy market during the afternoon and earl evening.

Have a personal trainer and do boxing sessions. It's a great work out that makes you move a lot and get sweaty. :)

If planning to roll on the treadmill, hit the equipments on the last row from the television, those are the best treadmills, the rest are all jerking.
Lay-out of FF The Block is better compared to Fort, Westgate Alabang and Megamall. More spacious.
Attend RPM instead than hire a personal trainer.
