    Here's a tip, when you bench press, don't flare out your elbows and take the bar all the way down your chest, get the full range of motion. No half reppin'!

    One of the largest fitness first branch in the metro. It is newly renovated and the machines/ equipments are new. However cleanliness is really a big issue. Sanitation is a big turn off.

    If planning to roll on the treadmill, hit the equipments on the last row from the television, those are the best treadmills, the rest are all jerking.

    Ceiling is high, giving the illusion that it's big. Spacious on weekends and mornings. Like a busy market during the afternoon and earl evening.

    Go there early morning or later at night... It will save you time in finding a locker and waiting for people to be done using the machines.

    Be careful using the threadmill at the left area near the office. I sprained my ankle today. It's so unsafe coz the space bet the elevation area is limited u slip down

    Pinapatay ang supply ng water at exactly 10pm every weekdays and 9pm every weekend. And lately body combat is kind a boring to me not like the previous set.

    We go tot he gym to have a special bonding session, but the personal trainers keep getting in the way! Haha! We enjoy the classes :)

    Tried Zumba for the first time. Great cardio. Too bad people seem to think it's only for the ladies. Get off the machines and try it out.

    definitely not the best Fitness First branch, but they have a Body & Mind room (yoga). Most of their machines need maintenance, especially access to the TV.

    The gym closes @9pm on Sat.... Wifi in the gym was not found, hard to connect SM wifi.... But Staffs were warm & friendly.

    Time is money, so don't waste it too long on small talk. Concentrate on the exercise and make the muscles work in the gym, not your mouth.

    Lay-out of FF The Block is better compared to Fort, Westgate Alabang and Megamall. More spacious.
