Get in early if you're not used to training in the heat. Avoid 9:00-11:00 if you're doing cardio, the older generation take over the cardio kit then :)

If you want to transform your body, My suggestion is taking body pump with Timothy and Matt. These guys will transform your morning by providing you an amazing workout that will last all day.
Training with Jamie is tough but well worth it.

This place really needs a 3rd location. No matter what time of the day I am waiting on equipment. Building cannot accomidate crowds.

Arthur's Yoga classes on Tuesday at 7:30pm and Friday at 4pm are amazing! He focuses on alignment, which has helped me take my practice to new levels.
Tonight was the perfume parade. Walked into the locker room and had to retreat from the bottle or two of perfume!
Do NOT wear overpowering cologne to the gym. Soap and water work perfectly well.
