The scallops were perfection.
Best icy cold martini! I'm still dreaming about the Wagyu Carpaccio Wraps, service was great, attentive and friendly. Every dish was distinct and delicious. I will go back next time in Las Vegas.
The Grilled Octopus is some of the best I've had. We had a big party, we were tipsy & the server was very patient and professional. And the desserts! Wow! You will crave the Brioche Beignets.
The fleur burger is very good, but not sure it's worth $70. I thought the truffles got a little lost with the au jous and meat. I would probably get it without the truffle and fois.
Great service, great food. Good wine list. Skip the shrimp and grits though way too much sweet barbecue sauce.
The definition of an average, overpriced Vegas restaurant
If the $5000 hamburger is not your thing. Try the Skirt Steak. Amazing sauce!
Sliders & beignet are heaven.
Fabulous French cuisine! Everything prepared to perfection. A hidden treasure in Las Vegas!
ORDER: Fleur Burger 5000. Can you imagine spending $5,000 on a hamburger? No? We won't go into mouth-watering detail about the wagyu beef patty topped with foie gras and black truffles.
The oysters here are really good! Topped with something refreshing (I think sorbet) and presented with an amazing dry ice effect! Highly recommend!
good location, good bar and service, but did not eat here...
tuna taco was great!!!
White onion soup veloutte is exceptional!
Coffee and espresso here is amazing... The desserts are single serving but good to share... Take a few bites and then order another one ;)
Seriously Over Priced...GO ELSEWHERE! Food was mediocre at best!
The place was meh. Burgers were a little over cooked but the fries are pretty awesome.
The menu format changed to foods around the world - French, Italian, Mexican, American, Japanese, Steaks. I'd rather if he stuck to what he does well instead of crapping out for Mandalay Bay crowd.
Vegetable tempura with Cajun tuna as a second course to share was nice, and the polenta was amazing
Fleur Burger 5000
The onion soup with truffle is too due for. And don't miss the meatballs.
Ate tapas. The Pork belly and the tuna tacos were outstanding. Strip steak was so-so. Excellent service.
Avoid this place on a Saturday night! We sat at the bar for easily 10 minutes without even just an acknowledgment!
Try the mozzarella flatbread, over the top!! Hubert Keller is wandering around so say hey!!
Up the ante with "The Feast" for parties of 6 or more and try one of the hand crafted mixology masterpieces as is, or add a splash of Liquid Nitrogen and take your drink to the next level.
The croque monsieur is simply a must-have.
the brie flambe is amazing.
The beef short ribs are amazing
Enjoy the mouthwatering FleurBurger 5000, made with Kobe beef, foie gras, black truffles, and a truffle-infused “special sauce,” served alongside a bottle of Château Petrus 1995.
Our service was horrible. The steak tartare was delicious.
Get a table outside for great people watching. Tuna tacos, lobster Mac and Cheese and the almond cake dessert are all to die for!!
Every Vegas regular knows that mid-vacation feeling when you need to escape the madness. Tucked away in Mandalay Bay is Fleur. This hidden gem serves French small plates and a great escape.
Another vegetarian must-try restaurant on The Strip, the tapas style menu changes seasonally and is full of vegetarian and vegan choices that are perfect for a light lunch or full dinner.
Steak TarTar was awesome.
Servers are knowledgable about vegan options. Just ask!
It is imperative that you get dessert here. The almond panna cotta and pineapple carpaccio could easily be some of the best deserts ever.
And the wings. Perfect. Truly.
Eat the tuna tacos. You won't want to ear anything else. So good!
Add luxury to your burger, and add some foie gras for an additional cost. Decadent.
If there is one starter to get, it's the Onion Soup shooters. One of the best things to get here.
For parties of six or more, get "The Feast". It includes one of almost every appetizer listed, and almost all of their desserts!
The chicken beast was amazing if you like mushrooms.
Of you're looking to get ignored by a bartender then you've found the right place.
Lunch not impressive. Dinner only.
Almond panna cotta is delicious!
They definitely go for quality over quantity here, except for the coffee, which is a huge delicious French press
The rock shrimp is spicy! French press coffee is great.
Was worried when I read reviews about bad service but I must say our server was wonderful and the food top notch. We'd eat here again.
Terrible service and totally overpriced! Shrimp pasta was butter and cheese. Adding the shrimp double price from $12 to $23 and that meant four overcooked ones. Avoid
