    The fleur burger is very good, but not sure it's worth $70. I thought the truffles got a little lost with the au jous and meat. I would probably get it without the truffle and fois.

    Enjoy the mouthwatering FleurBurger 5000, made with Kobe beef, foie gras, black truffles, and a truffle-infused “special sauce,” served alongside a bottle of Château Petrus 1995.

    The Grilled Octopus is some of the best I've had. We had a big party, we were tipsy & the server was very patient and professional. And the desserts! Wow! You will crave the Brioche Beignets.

    Best icy cold martini! I'm still dreaming about the Wagyu Carpaccio Wraps,service was great, attentive and friendly. Every dish was distinct and delicious. I will go back next time in Las Vegas.

    Up the ante with "The Feast" for parties of 6 or more and try one of the hand crafted mixology masterpieces as is, or add a splash of Liquid Nitrogen and take your drink to the next level.

    The oysters here are really good! Topped with something refreshing (I think sorbet) and presented with an amazing dry ice effect! Highly recommend!

    French-inspired tapas with amazing food in a really cool atmosphere. If you have a big group, you can order the entire menu for about $400 total. Enough food for 10 and you get to try EVERYTHING.

    It is imperative that you get dessert here. The almond panna cotta and pineapple carpaccio could easily be some of the best deserts ever.

    The menu format changed to foods around the world - French, Italian, Mexican, American, Japanese, Steaks. I'd rather if he stuck to what he does well instead of crapping out for Mandalay Bay crowd.

    Craft beer fans take note: Fleur serves Stone IPA which, AFAIK is the only craft beer available at Mandalay Bay.

    Ate tapas. The Pork belly and the tuna tacos were outstanding. Strip steak was so-so. Excellent service.

    Order the Elegance Menu with wine pairing. It's about $150, but it's worth it! I love fine food and wine, and this was the best meal I have ever had.

    Terrible service and totally overpriced! Shrimp pasta was butter and cheese. Adding the shrimp double price from $12 to $23 and that meant four overcooked ones. Avoid
