I ordered 2 lbs of skirt steak and when I told the guy it was just for me, he divided it into 4 and wrapped them freezer-ready! @ $12.95, not bad! Coming back for sure

Ask them to french the lamb chops when you buy them. The technique, effort and care they put into it is an art form in itself. I was so impressed!

Hangar steaks are fantastic. They will do anything you ask with beef. Sometimes a little pricey, but well worth it. Butchers are friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile.
