Southwest's curbside agents, who are BIG BURLY MEN (may as well be women) are LAZY to the nth degree! They expect passengers to bring the bags to them, place them on the scale, and tip them! #NO TIP!

Sky caps were nice & efficient. Security lines got a bit confusing not a lot of directions were given, needs better organization. We were there waiting about 5 hours, not a lot to keep you occupied.

not bad. good wifi. construction is a pain and they seem to be something every few monts the last few years. new flights when the new runway is done but dont have a timetable.

Not a lot of food choices, eat breakfast before you arrive if you want something good. The Miami Grill is good for burgers - they make them to order, be prepared to wait.

If you have some extra time, you can usually find a good place to charge your phone with a wall outlet near baggage claim. Be aware: all of the outlets are loose so they will wiggle a bit.

The Delta Terminal could stand an upgrade. Only a few electric outlets so make sure your phones are fully charged before you get here. The Deli place makes great sandwiches. There's also a Starbucks.

I love flying out of this airport because it seems to me like it's always pretty dead. No long lines and no waiting around. If you have your mobile boarding pass, you'll breeze right through.

Just know that this airport probably has the friendliest TSA agents known in the world! Very helpful. 1 negative...you will fight a war on the level of the epic 300 for an electric plug to charge up.

What a shit show. Come early because 80% of passengers aren't English as a first language so directions will be repeated four times, the TSA is, well the TSA so that'll cost you some time as well.

This is the most crowded/disorganized airport ever. Security line was long but relatively speedy. Don't get comfortable in a seat as the airlines like to play musical chairs with the boarding gates.

Go to the Food Network restaurant across from gate F4 and order the po boy. The best airport sandwich I've had. And they have Brooklyn Lager on tap.

Picking someone up at Terminal 3 is a clusterfuck. Tell them to wait for you under a specific airport sign for another terminal so you don't have to fight traffic. 2 or 4 have to be better than 3.

Smaller than Miami international but much easier to fly out of. If you are not heading to South America or Overseas, I'd leave from here instead of Miami or West palm if possible.

You think spirit airlines is cheaper until you tack on $45-100 baggage fees, $10-50 for a seat assignment, $10 to print a boarding pass, and $2 for a cup of coffee.

The Southwest security through B was quite simply the most aggressive (and not in a good way) and the people working it were yelling at everyone and in general were miserable. Very bad experience.

closest airport to Boca Raton, FL. TSA mean business when it comes to checking your bag. ;) but it's all good they make me feel safer by knowing they take everything seriously.

I dont work for Spirit. It is a good airline, cheap flights, crazy deals. It is an airline for smart people. I want see you flight DCA-FLL $39 in other airline. Travel with less clothes in your bag.

You'd be surprised that there is a Cell Phone lot. You just have to follow the tiny signs that are posted to a little lot under an overpass next to a railroad. Good luck finding it...

If you use TSA Pre check and you checkin at the counter or skycap, reprint your boarding passes at the kiosk near the entry to security in terminal 2. Your new boarding pass will include "TSAPRECHK" .

Despite all of the negative comments about Spirit. If you fly FLL<->BOS twice a month like I do, Spirit makes it affordable if you are a graduate student on a budget and don't mind delays sometimes.

it's an airport....and this is a post-911 world. arrive early, wear slip-on shoes, & get thru security the best and quickest way you know how. bothersome yes, but we all have to do it...SO DO IT!

Airport has free WiFi all around, they seem to be remodeling and are adding restaurants, but for now most terminals have very limited options. Oh and very random and few electrical outlets!

Yep, Spirit is the worst. No free water, $3/bottle. $45 to check a bag, $50 to carry on. $100 if you wait until you're at the gate. Skip the low fare and fly a different airline - it'll be worth it.

Inconvenient charging tables you have to stand up to use unless you're lucky enough to grab the seats next to it. Charge up before you go and pray you're not delayed!

People keep saying Spirit charges $30 for carry on baggage, well the price has changed! It is $50 when you arrive at the Terminal & $100 at your gate if you didn't pay at the Spirit counter/kiosk.

Don't take a taxi to Miami. It's at least $70. Instead, take the shuttle to the Tri-rail station, southbound to the metrorail station, then the green line into the city; it was $5.75!!!

Lines for check-in and security are long. Overheard employees talking about how the airport is overwhelmed lately. Make sure you leave at least an hour b/c security staff is not used to being busy.

Coming in on a red eye OR late at night? After you grab your luggage, come back upstairs & get picked up from departures. It's a ghost town around those times compared to how busy Arrivals is.

Best way to get between MIA-FLL-PBI is Tri-Rail train. Clean and safe, $4 depending on where you're going. Just beware of the shuttle schedules to get to the train station.

Please stay patient in the baggage claim area. Once the cheesy/touristy, tropical/Caribbean steelpan music begins playing, it'll only take a few mins (max.)B4 the conveyor belt unloads every1's items.

I wouldn't fly Spirit again either - they charge literally everything, to a ridiculous extent. Want to sit with someone? That's $10 each to book aside seats in advance. Luggage allowance is tiny too.

Really, what's the point of trying to save money flying Spirit if they charge you 33$ per bag... per flight! + overweight. Just fly anywhere else for a better treatment and practically the same price

In Terminal 4, there's a sneaky set of ladies restrooms down a set of stairs to the right of the family restroom. It's a bit of a walk & the bathrooms are dumpy, but it totally beats waiting in line!
