    don't miss the gardens overlooking the hudson just off the circle drive near the park entrance closest to the 190th a-train upper level stop! they're beautiful! easily my favorite park in the city.

    A quiet relaxing break from hustle, bustle, and noise of the city. Purposefully get lost on the myriad trails or wander through the flower gardens. Absolutely must visit the peaceful cloisters!

    Take a hike! Up to the dog run at Fort Tryon Park that is. Socialize with other dog owners under the gazebo. Dogs can be separated by size in this 2 park run, complete with views of the Hudson River.

    Get ready for some hills and beautiful walking paths. This is one of my favorite spots in NYC with great views of the Hudson and northeastern side of Manhattan.

    This is a stunning park, and we have Bette Midler to thank for it! I think it is the best park in New York City, in my opinion. I feel lucky to live do close by...Such a treasure!

    Yeah, it's way out of the way. But it's worth the trek.. Get lost in the gardens. Sit and watch the river flow. Peak into The Cloisters while you're there.

    Relaxing park with water views that is an easy walk from the 190 St stop on the A line. Significant landscaping, stone work, old trees. The Cloisters can be found here too.

    Great place for paved and unpaved running. Easy to get lost. Have never felt more safe though. Beautiful sunsets. great place to toss a ball around. Always room on lawn

    Amazing views! Lots of grass to lounge on. The Cloisters are amazing, of course. It's definitely a less crowded NYC park.

    Bring a bike. Ride from the street level at the bottom all the way to the flag pole at the very top without walking. Reflect on how awesome you are.

    Great views of the Hudson and Palisades. Nice picnicking before/after the Cloisters. Take the M4.

    If you are looking for the toilets they are next to the car park under the cafe. They aren't sign posted very well.
