Check out the food halls. Much more English in feel then Harrods. Their jams and teas are second to none. Try the Strawberry-Rose they have out in the summer.

Make sure to make a visit to the "Diamond High Tea", here on the 4th floor of Fortnum & Mason. The sandwiches, scones, & bite size pastries, were all to die for, followed down by a cup tea of choice!

I recommend skipping the 4th floor tea room. Tacky decor & tacky waitstaff. Better service can be found elsewhere.

The best for an authentic British Afternoon Tea - perfect finger sandwiches, beautiful cakes & scones, wide range of teas. They replenish everything as often as you want, for no extra charge.

Great service and love the offer of 3 different set of afternoon teas: sweet tea, refular, and savoury, all for £44. This is more of a touristic "been here done that" kind of afternoon tea.

Wonderful for shopping, but I was left slightly unimpressed by the afternoon tea which was mediocre for the price.
