Fox & Goose Public House is a legendary pub and music venue that has brought a distinct underground flavor to downtown Sacramento for almost 40 years.
Amazingly appetizing Bloody Mary's. It's a meal in your drink with a bacon strip, celery, olives stuffed with blue cheese, pearl onion and the delectable spice that makes this one of the most memorable
Service was just OK.
I can't get enough of the scones with Devonshire cream. I've enjoyed all the food I've had here, but the scones bring me back every time.
Service was terrible and slow. The food took while even there was just one group ahead of us. The coffee refill was like warm. The place has gone downhill since I've been there. 7/15/15
The beer and the atmosphere. Their trivia nights are fun too!!
Put name in for party of 4. Walked outside to get mom up ramp with cane & they said they called, we missed it, had to wait 30 mins! Also we all stood bc no seats available for disabled!
The corned beef hash is delicious, especially with a side of Welsh rarebit.
Good breakfast food options. I loved the pancakes. Light and fluffy.
Love the outdoor patio. Have brunch here!
Mostly caters to British style beers. However, they have a few American craft choices and gluten free options.
Fish n Chips!

Excellent Bloody Mary. Breakfast is solid, scones are killer
Corn beef hash was really good...
The wait is ridiculous.
For something dark, the Lindon Porter is pretty tasty. Leave David a big tip, he rocks
Brunch is great and the beer prices are very reasonable
Long wait, but worth it. One of the best places for sunday brunch in sacramento
Ollalieberry scone with Devonshire cream truly is the best scone I've ever had in my life!

He didn't get the memo about drinking before noon...
My all time fav breakfast spot when I'm in town. It's always a pub grill with Chicken Apple sausage. Brilliant!!!
Breakfast is good here.
They still serve Snakebites
Best time to go to brunch here is right before Mothers Day, not a lot of people. Who needs brunch two days in a row?
Try the Guiness - With a 4 leaf clover design on the head! Clever!
Try the Crumpet And Devonshire Cream - Devonshire cream was light and fluffy, almost like airy whipped cream. The crumpet was also airy and light. Both were delish!
Try the Bacon and eggs - Bacon, eggs and country potatoes. With a crumpet on the side.
Try the Corned Beef Hash and Eggs - Homemade brisket corned beef hash and eggs. With English muffin side.
Come later in the day for brunch on the weekends to avoid the crazy long wait..they serve till 3pm
They will kick you out if you exceed the 2hr limit...regardless of number in your party & finishing your beverages.

The food was well-presented and delicious. The expansion looks great, with an Underground theme in the back, inside and outside the restrooms. Popular for brunch, as always.
If you're on a typical lunch break, either arrive before 11:30 or wait for the weekend.
Tom's da bomb.
Food is always delicious and service is great. Wait the extra time for patio dining during brunch...it'll be worth the wait.
Magners should be served with ice. Don't let anyone else tell you it's not.
Tofu Curry!! Trumpets! Yum.
