Awesome service. Amazing burrata. Cash only.
Great neighborhood spot, fun ambiance. Outdoor seating, everything is very very good.
Overpriced. Go across the street to Ballaro.
Trusty neighborhood staple. Like eating at an Italian grandmas house. The first place I ever had burrata in like 1980 yo
Wonderful cozy place! Sit at the kitchen bar and watch the fury. Fantastic homemade pastas!
Good good. Similar menu to lil' Frankie's and the space is a lot smaller. The staff is very nice
Best pasta, burrata and tiramisu 😍
Apparently hosts a lot of birthdays
Cozy atmosphere, great food, and the bartender pours a generous glass. The Burrata is pictured below. Need I say more?
Mozzarella, lemon spaghetti and pappardelle veal ragu
Exposed brick and old school jams. Great place to grab a bite with a friend or casual date. No frills Italian cuisine that's completely unapologetic about its simple and fresh ingredients.
The WORST EVER. Reserved VIP, no waitress for an hour add 30 minutes for my bottle. HORRIBLE comm. even with manger. Accidentally left my bday gifts and I've been calling for a week now and NO ANSWER!
phenomenal homemade pastas, burrata, etc.
Has been our go-to Italian spot since MAX closed. The Rigatoni al Ragu is the real deal.
Understated Italian joint with delicious food and reasonable prices. When in season, the truffle pasta is a solid value for truffle lovers. Cash only.
Very authentic and affordable Italian. Specials change daily. Hands down one of the best wine lists in the city. Sit facing the kitchen if you want some entertainment.
Solid Italian food. Very small place. Limited add on options. The menu is the menu. Cash only!
Everything is amazing here. Get any of the burrata items and you can't go wrong.
First time here? Try the Rigatoni al Ragu. Simple, refined and oh so delicious.
Great spot to sit outside and people watch. Try one of the many pastas! Super affordable.
Sit at the open kitchen bar and have some wine with dinner and grappa with dessert. Special pastas such as pappardelle worth it every time. Reliable tagliata toscana. Friendly.
Good cheap wine, amazing pasta dishes, and flavorful entrees. Get the rigatoni al ragu, seared salmon, or chicken.
their homemade gnocchi and their fresh mozzarella were so good that I'm still dreaming about them. SO. GOOD.
Chicken parm is an unstoppable warhorse.
Stupid 4sqr. Including having a busboy reach across our table to pour water for the table next to us.
This was bad in more wYs than I have the space to describe - including
$45 for a glass of wine, pasta, and three slices of mozz as an app? No thank you.
My favorite italian restaurant in New York
European-style food: simple, home-made, and good. Kinda rare in New York!
Salmon with capers & arugula is on point 👍 gluten free & dairy free Italian option!
Black linguine with calamari.
Save room for the tiramisu!
butternut squash tortelloni with sage was great
Food to kill for. The burrata mozzarella is life-changing. Top music choices on the spin!
Just one word. Burratta. Nuf said.
Get the burrata.
The meatloaf is amazing, best eaten in Thanksgiving pants.
Can't recommend this place at all actually...
Polpettone is amazing! Be careful of the rigatoni because the "meat sauce" I giant chunks of meat so it's incredibly delicious but super filling. Not the best splitty split.
I DIE for the Rigatoni al Ragu with homemade meatballs! Generous portions.
Food was amazing but the music did not fit the style of the restaurant. Would have enjoyed Frank Sinatra over the random rap.
Frank turns simple Italian dishes into culinary masterpieces like black kale caesar salads and meatloaf with red gravy.
Comida muy rica!!! :)
Wonderful little spot with exceptional food.....I'm regular here and I will keep coming back!!!
16 years serving the best food in NYC...
