There is free wifi at Frankfurt Markthalle which is a foos court (green and white decor). It is actually reasonably fast too!
Plenty of cafés 2 choose from.
The little "cookies" kiosks on the platforms are unbelievably slow. If there are more than two people queuing in front of you, plan 15 minutes.
