Try to get in line close to 8 am. This place is very famous for BBQ. The brisket was perfect. Great atmosphere even in line.

Believe the hype. The brisket and ribs are incredible. Transported home and reheated the brisket is still better than anything available in London.

Get a bit of everything. The brisket and turkey are life changing. Grab an Austin Beerworks Blood Orange IPA while you wait and a Lone Star to wash it all down. Be happy. You've arrived.

Best BBQ in the country. Worth the wait. Bring chairs if you get there after 9 am. Try all the meat. Think 0.5 lbs is perfect per person without sides. Could be 0.75 if literally starving.

The hype is absolutely for real: this is the best BBQ in the U.S. You can't go wrong regardless of what you choose, but the brisket is the MVP of the lineup. But get here early, they will sell out.

The earlier you get there, the less time you have to wait. If you get there around 9:30 you'll be among the first in line - and only wait the 1.5 hours until the open.
