    Brisket is exquisite. Get both fatty & lean. Worth the wait in line but get there early cuz they run out of ribs & turkey by 1 & pulled pork by 2. Pulled pork & sausage were very good. Perfect bark.

    Tip if you want to skip the line: ask if they have any packaged brisket. You can get 5lbs to feed 10-20 and you can walk right to the front at 10 am. Heat it up at home in a big stock pot.

    It's well worth the wait. We arrived at 8:30 on a Friday, and about 50 people were already in line. Get the brisket, and the sausage is pretty solid. The sides are fantastic in their own right! Enjoy!

    This place is well worth the wait. There is a line starting early in the morning for a reason. It is some of the best barbecue out there and certainly the best place to go in all of Texas.
