A great space to visit with it's dominant Frederick Douglass sculpture as long as rush hour hasn't approached. If so, Getting there will require risk, skill, and sheer luck to avoid oncoming traffic.

The completed plaza is a great spot to hide out from the wild taxi drivers tearing around the circle. Be careful out there.

I only watched this circle get built for ten years while they totally screwed up traffic in my neighborhood, but if Eric E. wants to be mayor of this place so damn bad he can have it.
