Frye showcases mainly German painting and sculpture from the 19th century to the present. See breathtaking pastoral landscapes from Fritz Baer and Francois Cachoud, or attend one of the many lectures.

Frye Art Museum is always free of charged, was opened as a museum by founders who had that goal in mind. Always worth a visit, I try to visit a couple times a year.

Go to the Frye and count how many paintings are on the walls. If you exceed 125, go have a glass of wine at the Cafe.
