    The lamb soup is perfectly spiced and the scallion pancakes are not too greasy. The Muslim lamb will turn your fingers red. Ask for plastic gloves if you're afraid to tint your digits.

    Service here is terrible! Came on a weeknight after 9PM and it still took over 40mins to get food. Every time we asked where our food was they said "its coming..." WTF.....

    Muslim Lamb Chop falls off the bone and covered in cumin, delicious. Pea shoots are nice and refreshing, with plenty of garlic and bite. Dumplings are solid.

    Start with the country style green bean sheet jelly. Sounds strange, but it's really just a poorly named, but delicious hand-cut cold noodle dish. Perfectly seasoned!
