  • Crain's Chicago Business

Chef Tim Radack ventures out of corn-fed beef territory with a lunchtime steak salad using Tallgrass sirloin. The leaner meat shingled over the top keeps the dish on the lighter side. Read more

Fresh-baked cookies and banana cream pie "shots" are only two of the reasons Mom will spend the majority of her brunch at the dessert table.

Key Lime and Bread Pudding are just great. As are the oysters Rockefeller that most folks come here for.

I never thought "not salty enough" would be a complaint. Food could use more salt, but very good otherwise. I especially like the crab cake and the mussels.

Flatbreads and lobster rolls not good. Lobster rolls have a bit of lobster on what seems like 1/2 a hot dog bun. Flatbread is not crisp. Chocolate Paradis wonderful but enough for at least 3 people.

Go with the filet mignon steak, 14 oz bone-in. It is expensive at $50 but is 100% Grass Fed and every bite is a completely delicacy. I enjoyed it medium plus. I will be back here again! Read more
