Great place for a date! Real Mexican food with great flavor. They have a sort of crust cheese tower that you dip in green salsa and it's to die for

Went to Gallo Blanco, for the second time. The food is amazing. To get that many flavors, into such small dishes...and that is just the salsa. Everything on the menu is brilliant.

The tortas are delicious, try the noca and the cochinita. The inca (quinoa) salad and cortada (kale) salads were amazing, too.

Everyday from 3 to 6 p.m. the restaurant and bar offers deals that includes $5 guacamole (some of the best in town), discounted tacos, $5 house margaritas, and $3 Negra Modelos.

A breakfast burrito, coffee and bloody Mary will cure any remnants of late night debauchery. Or Wednesday nights for Flamenco, sangria and any torta. You'll be full and content with your life choices.

It's easy to default to tequila drinks, but don't pass up the El Ruso--basically a Moscow Mule made with Hendricks instead of vodka. Follow with a shot if Sombra if you need a more Mexican vibe.

Don't let the fact that this restaurant is inside the swanky Clarendon Hotel deter you. This is delicious food, very reasonably priced!
