A Japanese restaurant that proudly serves their own sophisticated versions of ramen and Japanese comfort food.
wow, blew past my expectations. short rib buns, gyoza and spicy miso ramen all stellar. definitely coming back here on the regular.
Don't trip over a baby stroller while you go to eat the Ganso Ramen. This place gets full of them.
Dont believe what the bible says about pork it taste awesome
The gyoza are delicious. Like crazy delicious. Short rib buns are solid. Spicy miso ramen was great. This place is fantastic. Can't wait to try everything on the menu.
Hip-hop, noods, sublime, Brooklyn. NOM
Ganso puts Ippudo to shame!
The ramen here never fails to impress! It's quickly becoming a neighborhood favorite but don't tell the folks from Manhattan.
Dori makes great recommendations
Highly recommend the short rib ramen and pork gyoza.
The ramen is good but the gyoza are the star of the show
Get the wings!
Wings all the way with some Ganso Ramen on the side.
Everything about this meal was on point. The spicy miso soup had just the right level of heat and the soup was so delicious! Def must return!
Shio Ramen, trust me. Really great.
SUMMER RAMEN IZ BACK
May literally be the best ramen-ya in NYC. Anything on the menu is great.
Spicy miso ramen was ok, nothing more, wish it had more vegetables and wasn't that spicy at all. service was great, friendly
Have to check out their new craft beer list! Great selection including many from Japan.
The Stamina is pretty good. Certainly one of the better ramen shops in NY. The chicken is braised to perfection.
Gyoza is delicious.
"Stamina" is delicious, but not your traditional ramen. You will be stoked you got the short rib starter. Ask for their hot sauce, more flavorful than spicy so go crazy with it
best ramen in brooklyn by far, altho the others are close. but ganso is just too good to beat.
Once you get a table (relatively small space), the food is excellent. We tried the short rib buns, gyoza and spicy miso and all were amazing! Don't forget to try the salted caramel ice cream!
Great staff, great ramen, can't believe this place is so close to me.
The waitstaff is the nicest in all of BK.
Ramen is good and a little on the softer side. Buns are pretty good (there are specials sometimes) but the gyozas are unbelievable. Probably the best out there. Hand-made, crispy, extremely meaty.
A good addition to Brooklyn's ramen scene, with great gyoza that have a lacy fried crust.
While best known for its ramen, Ganso's off-menu vegetarian chili is _to die for._
If you have the slightest hesitation of which Ramen to pick, I suggest you to get the "Stamina" Ramen. You will lick the bowl clean, broth is to die for.
Miso Soy and seaweed salad is on point!
The Ganso Ramen is amazing. Try it.
A new favorite, Ganso's Stamina Ramen brings the unique meaty/spicy ramen staple dish of Japanese ramen houses to Brooklyn.
Beef short rib ramen. The best!
The Gonsa ramen was simply delicious! Definitely want to check out the others as well.
Try the spare rib buns, off the menu. Shhh...
No liquor license yet (coming soon) and not byob either.
Very vegetarian friendly and pleasant staff. I added extra chile to my tan tan ramen, but was happy I didn't add salt; the remaining broth was very flavorful if you like shiitake mushrooms.
Kimchi bun was great but miso ramen was way too salty
Also be sure to check out their Japanese craft beer list, I was surprised, first time I've come across Japanese craft beer in a restaurant.
Everything we got was delicious. Best dishes were the wings, gyoza, "Stamina" ramen, and short rib buns. We ate tapas style with a bunch of apps and 1 bowl of ramen.
I really dig this place. Mabo Ramen was great!
The cold sesame cold ramen with chicken is ridiculous.
This is so good; I had the sesame noodles
