What an excellent concept; grilling your own steaks. Highly recommend this experience if you're in the gaslight district.
Butterfly your meat before cooking it. Unless you like pink in the middle.

don't be afraid if you've never grilled a steak. they have a handy grilling guide. just make sure you have a timer or it may end up a bit well done if you get caught up in that bottle of wine.

The best steak is the One that i cook by myself.
If you get a thicker cut such as the Teriyaki steak, consider asking them to butterfly it before bringing it to you to grill. Also, you can't go wrong with any of the side dishes. Amazing.

Season your steak well, marinate it with some sauce, let it cook on each side for about 4.5 minutes each side on a New York Strip for a good cook. Make sure they cut it in half before you cook it too!
Get the 4 course meal on Steakhouse Sundays! There's too much food for one person so just share your meal.

LOVE this place! All steaks are great cuts and it's fun to doctor up and cook your own steak. The asparagus and mushrooms an onions are amazing apps. Try the Stone IPA!
