On busy days, get your tickets to go up in the arch as early as possible. Sometimes you have to wait several hours after buying your tickets.

I don't know what I was expecting here, but it was definitely a sight to see. Kinda hard to take a picture of it but maybe I should have brought a wide angle lense...

Plan ahead if you're wanting to tour. We arrived around 10am and it was already sold out for the day.

My dad helped build this monument. Great views at the top. If you are claustrophobic, you may not like the 5 minutes it takes to get topside in the odd little elevators...

You've got to do the ride to the top at least once. I've found Sunday evenings to be the least busy, I had the usually cramped egg shaped lift to myself. No lines, did it all in 20 mins!

They are literally ruining the Arch. I will not be back. I loved sitting or laying in the grass underneath. Now. It is going to be solid concrete. so sad. We lost our bit of paradise within the City.

The journey is awesome ! But they are under construction around the arch ! We took long time to up !! If you can wait for the finish is better !!

We got nice shots from the top in spite of it being overly crowded up top. Not sure the point of appointed times when no one pays attention and they send so many people up at one time nonstop.
