BYOB Mondays and Tuesdays
Incredible food. By far the best italian restaurant in Singapore! Not cheap but more than worth it
Duck ragout with black truffles, a respectable dish. Nice balance of flavors coupled with pasta al dente. Recommend to share of u have had two starters to share prior to main course.
The sea bass was absolutely amazing!!!
Chef Lino never disappoints, Gattopardo is my favorite Italian restaurant in Singapore.
Seafood lovers will find their Italian heaven here...
Risone is a must have.
Evening drinks: Limited range if u r thirsty. Primarily wines, plus a small selection of after-dinner whisky, grappa, etc
Risone with octopus and bone marrow was really good. Angel hair pasta with sea urchin and roe was good but I wasn't a fan of the sour-ness of this dish.
Linguine w Japanese surf clams: For $78 for 2 servings, it wasn't worth it ($40 per serving?!). We barely found any clams (surprise!) & d serving was tiny (yikes!)
Calamari: If u think this is u typical deep-fried version, consider again. It is really char-grilled (4 a change) & surprisingly tasty. Recommended!
Chicken Tajine - I found this to be bland. - Gattopardo
Seafood Pasta - Gattopardo
Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese with Italian "Ox Heart" Tomatoes - Gattopardo
Prosciutto di Parma wrapped in Fresh Burrata - Gattopardo
Great Italian cuisine!A fantastic team with superb Italian chefs!Lino Sauro is a really nice person, with a great passion for food,Sicily and fine hospitality!Come & taste!!!!
Had 4 course set lunch here during Mar2012 Restaurant week, somewhat lackluster and very puny portion, would rather try their normal sized menu and portions
Awesome calamari and pork belly!
Some of their menu exactly the same with Marea Resto in NYC
The lamb shoulder is to die for ... The pasta with sea urchin not bad at all .... :).
Go Sicily first, then let's talk :-)
Fresh oysters from France with chilled white wine.
Don't try fennel salad really bad!
Beautiful place. Book it through www.chope.com.sg
Try the Il Crudo.. Fresh sashimi of the day. Pricey but value for your dollar.
Try the pork belly, n suckling pig pizza
Try the fresh calamari and parma ham.
