George M. Steinbrenner Field is the Spring Training home to the New York Yankees and home of the Class-A Advanced Tampa Yankees. The Tampa Yankees play April through September and take pride in being affordable, fun, family entertainment.
Great fun for a fraction of the cost of going to an MLB game. Each day of the week has promotions for fans on top of other sponsor promo. With so many perks and free gifts, seems you get paid to go.
Great place to see a game but beware food is of the charts expensive parking do not fall for the. First lot when u drive down mlk blvd as u go down it gets cheaper and actually closer to entrance
Great stadium! Only $4-$6 for all seats in minor league season. Food is OK & is usual high price, but still a great low-cost night out. Evening games are best for lower heat/sun.
Great place to catch a game. Not a bad seat in the house. We are not Yankee fans, but love the convenience of being 10 minutes away. Great friendly stadium employees.
Reserve next year's tickets in the Bright House Networks Dugout Club, a lavish area with theater style seating 50 feet from home plate, an all-inclusive buffet and VIP parking.
A state-of-the art training facility in MLB.31 acre facility is the spring training home of the New York Yankees, the Tampa Yankees and the Hillsborough Community College Hawks baseball team.
Great park to see cheap Single-A MiLB games. If you're coming for Yankees spring training, be sure to leave in the 8th... Tampa traffic is brutal.
Small stadium that houses the New York Yankees spring training games. Keep an eye on Facebook for specials and discounts to keep the price down.
The guys at the tavern by 221 get really flustered when they have line. They'll pour you the wrong beer then act like its your fault.
Of the spring training stadiums I've been to, this ranks well below the Pirates, Orioles, and Twins' stadiums. Old and crummy feeling.
If you are ever in the Clearwater Beach area, go to Shephards! You can spend all day n night there and u will have a blast! I know I did!
Get a foot long and a bud light at one of the stands. It's $12, but the beer is bigger than the bottles you can buy in the stands.
Best Entertainment value in town. Staff is friendly, and the players interact with the fans.
Check out a Yankees Spring Training game in March. Tickets are very reasonable. Great chance to see some Minor Leaguers in action prior to getting called up.
Stadium almost empty for Tampa Yankees- this translates to excellent seats but limited concessions
An important note: The game time for this Saturday, August 4th has changed from 6:00pm to 5:00pm. Gates will open at 4:00pm.
The food in the Dugout Club is awesome, hope you have a wristband that gets you in
The City of Tampa has a great tradition of baseball. This stadium is an enjoyable place to catch a spring training game.
"Like" New York Yankees Spring Training" on facebook for information and behind the scene photos!
Spring Training Awesome, even if it's not the Cubs! (Who are the Yankees?!)
There isn't a bad seat in the place, and it feels like a miniature Yankee Stadium (as well it should)
For Rowdies games...best seats are behind the goal...sections 203-205. And they have $1 beer on Thursdays.
Try the Boar's Head sandwich stand on the concourse behind third base.
Ignore the scalpers and get a standing room ticket in right field.
Came to watch the Detroit Tigers play the New York Yankee's, and enjoyed every minute of it! Go Tigers!
We love to go to the Tampa Yankees games. Great fun for a great price!!
Someone should figure out what the mascot is for the Tampa Yankees.... It's a weird creature of sorts that I can't figure out.
Way over priced even for a ball game. Parking and traffic is ridiculous. But the RAYS won so it was worth it
Note: The game time for Friday, August 24th has changed! It will be a double header game starting at 3:00pm!
Great place to catch a game! Wonderful stadium.
The ushers are kinda rude here......better have your ticket at all times!!
Having a great time see the new York Yankee if your in Tampa u should see a game
The men with white gloves were surprisingly gentle.
Boar's Head sandwiches are the best.. Homeplate Stand all day long!
Really hard to find a place to eat that offers something without meat.
Inexpensive Prices Compared To Yankee Satdium In The Bronx...
Have a pregame event in the Pavilion and watch the team practice a couple feet from you.
Tampa Bay Rowdies v Vancouver Whitecaps, Soccer me up!!
The ushers here are dickheads.... They must be imported for spring training
Fan Appreciation Night! Saturday, August 25.
Hotdogs are Damn good and cheap.
Sit on the 1st base side... In the shade!
The Nachos are bad... Cold cheese!!!!!
