Georgia Aquarium is an entertaining, intriguing and educational experience for guests of all ages. While promoting a fun and enjoyable learning experience, the Aquarium instills in its guests a new appreciation for the world’s aquatic biodiversity.
You have to come! Won't regret it. Amazing experience. Watch out for the dolphin show. Very nice
Had an awesome time at the Georgia Aquarium🐠
Great view at the Ballroom aquarium! Not very crowded because it's hidden!
Check out the Treasures of the Deep gift shop!
Fascinating place for family, dates, or solo trips. Super crowded on weekends so go early or midweek.
Incredible - the giant manta rays are worth the admission alone. If you've arrived, don't go to the ticket booths, buy your tickets online to get discounts.
Disappointed. Sea World in San Diego is much better. And cheaper, too.
Buy your tickets online ahead of time to avoid two lineups.
The whale sharks are worth the price of admission. Make sure and catch a feeding show.
Ocean Voyager was definitely the coolest. A long tunnel through a giant tank, leading to a huge viewing window!
Don't waste time away from the rest of the exhibits for the dolphin show.
Great aquarium, best to go when its raining. Not many people. The underwater tunnel bridge is amazing. But expensive for what you see
beautiful but pretty expensive! no student discount I could find
Awesome variety of colorful fish! Loved the coral reef exhibit! My 3 year old son loved watching the whale sharks and rays. The shows are expensive. Food line was insane. Saw everything in 2 hours.
Great exhibits!! Nice attraction!!
Huge place and very affordable
Great exhibits but the seclusion & isolation of exhibits is what works for me. Be prepared for lines & crowds but if you're going for an event it's even more awesome.
Giant! Don't miss the chance to see sharks and whales so close!
Pretty nice aquarium
The otters are awesome!
It's a good aquarium with interesting exhibits. There are better ones in the nation, however. Exhibits go off of a central area of food and merchandising which may be annoying to some.
The moving sidewalk under glass tunnel is great entertainment for kiddos. Bring your own food!
Worth checking out the whale sharks
It is NOT free on your birthday!!! Only applies to some one with a GA lic!
Very cool place to see animals, though it is very crowded
By far the best aquarium I've ever been to. There are great exhibits but of course the main attraction is the whale sharks. They are magnificent and well worth the price of admission in my opinion.
If you're in Atlanta you MUST visit this place. It's fun and there's a glass tunnel under the tank which makes you feel like you're inside the tank. It's really cool to take pictures there.
Dolphin show takes full hour to do
Always fun. Don't miss the upstairs you can peek into the top of the tanks.
If you are in the area, this is a must see. The viewing room is awesome. Being there is another experience.
My only complaint is that the Dolphins are kept in a small tank and appear to be stressed. Other than that it's a very entertaining aquarium.
Take you're time. It may be crowded in some areas but don't worry the dolphin shows will thin the crowds.
Best aquarium around. A must for the family. See the dolphin show and prepare to get wet.
This place is AWESOME a must see!!!
Please pay attention in the parking garage to avoid problems and issues with paying before you try to leave. It seems to be a problem for a lot of families and having to back track, etc
The Georgia Aquarium is my favorite place in Atlanta. It is hard to beat a day walking through the aquarium and sitting in the large room just watching them swim. The Dolphin Tales show is amazing.
Great place to visit! So many things to see... The Dolphins show is unbelievably cute!
Buy tickets online for a percentage off!!!!
Be aware of long lines and a very crowded experience. I don't think they ever stopped letting people in and it was shoulder to shoulder through most of the exhibits. Go early or be warned.
It's pricey, but the best of the handful of aquariums I've visited over the years. Highly recommended. Kids love it. Adults, too.
The Pacific Barrier Reef is beautiful.
Whale sharks, Japanese spider crabs, sea horses
Dolphin show! May get wet 😝
The Dolphin Show is scary for little kids.
If you are 21+, head to the Sip and Sea event for a much smaller crowd and better views of all the exhibits (esp the whale sharks and beluga!)
This is a great place to come if you feel like being stuck in huge crowds and waiting in line to see any fish. Huge bummer that such an amazing facility is ruined by overcrowding.
Fishies. Love the scenerie
