The Meatballs are amazing. The Polenta is full of flavor, and delicious! It's also very impressive to see what this place is doing with their community garden and rainwater harvesting.

The Grey Gables at Gilardis is historic and classy place for a meeting/party. The organic garden and water conservation system is interesting. Good appetizers - the polenta was the best!

Their garden and use of fresh/local produce was impressive. I tasted the Summer Garden Pasta and Tortellini Al Formaggio; both amazing.
