Stephanie Izard is phenomenal - this is probably some of the most delicious food I've ever had in my life. Get the pig face, scallops, goat liver mousse and goat cheesecake. You won't be disappointed!

The squash blossoms are stuffed with crab and are fried perfectly to a golden brown. The pork belly melts in your mouth, and the ham frites are delicious. The miso butterscotch pudino is a must!

Pig face, Sugo, and Pork Belly. One can't go wrong with any of the three. The Kohlrabi Salad is amazing, Octo is awesome, and the Goat loin is delicious. Shishito peppers is just a meh.

We had the best experience sitting at the kitchen counter. Only 2 seats at each end so you need to ask when u make you reservations. Great recommendations from both Gary & Hadley. Delicious.

Sure it's tough to get in, but Stephanie Izard's hamachi crudo with crisp pork belly; pappardelle with goat, pork and veal sugo; and intricate veggie dishes make it worth the wait. [Eater 38 Member] Read more

Worth every penny. If you can't get a seat, you can sit with others in the lounge and still access the full menu. The goat dishes are fabulous... But so is everything else.

If you can get here on the early side (open daily at 4:30) you can get a table sans reservation--we got a great window table arriving at 4:50 on a Friday evening. Also, don't miss the green beans!

Definitely earns its reputation as some of the best food in Chicago! We loved everything but will call out the pork shank, goat belly, and frog legs in particular. You really can't go wrong.

I love decadent food as much as the next but for all the hype, I was expecting something magical. To be sure, the food was delectable and the experience was excellent. Get the chickpea fritters!

Fantastic vibes and delicious small plates—get a few to share! The meats (like the Chicken and Seafood) are amazing, but don't skimp on the veggies. The Roasted Cauliflower was spectacular.

Try the ham frites: Hot skinny fries tossed with rendered pork fat and seasoned with an appealingly salty dehydrated ham powder. The smoked tomato aioli pairs better than the cheddar beer sauce. Read more

Going with a group of 6 or more is the way to go! We had 8 people, tasted nearly every menu item, had cocktails/beer and only spent $50 each including tip. Delicious and so worth it!

Sat at chef table - our server took amazing care of us! Top: bucatini, hamachi crudo, pb and j desert. Didn't love the squash blossom dish. Definitely worth a visit!

Pig Face!!! Still as delicious as the 1st time I ordered. If there's ever a shank on the menu, lamb or pork must order! Crispy skin, juicy meat.

Luep de Mer & Pig Face is where it's at. Start with the feta bread & then order 5 more dishes. You'll be pleasantly stuffed and in heaven.

In an industrial space with burnt-cedar walls, Top Chef winner Stephanie Izard turns out nose-to-tail specialties, including fried pig face and kidneys stuffed with goat confit.

Don't underestimate the simple things here. The bread. The veggies. Don't get me wrong try goat, pig face, etc but the basics are delicious as well!

Good Jesus, order the goat leg. It's enough food for 8 people (with a few veg added in) but an amazingly prep'ed piece of meat. Smoked, braised, then crisped in the pizza oven. 👍👍

Worth the 2 month wait and lived up to every bit of the hype!!! This was a culinary experience I will never forget! Duck tongue, roasted pig face, and goat liver mousse were outstanding.

The Wood Oven Roasted Pig Face.... Pretty awesome~ most other dishes we tried, a bit too salty for our taste buds... (Pig face = Sunny side egg, tamarind, cilantro, red wine-maple, potato stix)

There are a few here for a Top Chef sighting, but most seek the chef’s flavors. Don’t leave without taking risks: roast goat neck? Foie gras for dessert? Izard is evolving how ingredients are seen. Read more

It's also a tad hard to get into unless you book reservations far in advance, but the lounge area as you enter to the left is full-service if you can snag a spot there.
