Roam 900 acres with 4,000 exotic animals. For information and to book your next Corporate Event, School Fieldtrip, or Group Tour call 985-624-WILD.
Awesome! 1.5 hour tour that stops 2 or 3 times but you can feed animals the whole time. Zebras, giraffes, camels, llamas, deer, cows.
amazing your best day ever! went on a private tour with my fiancé and it's something you'll never forget but buy a bag! you'll save tons of money food goes fast when your with the giraffes !!! love it
Go with the private tour. Worth the extra $ and it all goes back into preserving the location and animals.
For an outdoor facility who relies on guests to pay big bucks, you'd think they'd be a little more customer-friendly, especially for weather-related cancellations out of anyone's control.
Beware if it rains and the caravan has to turn around, even after only 5 minutes, you will not get a refund or rain check.
Go early. We got there at 2 and had to get tickets for the 5 PM caravan. Buy plenty of feed. We bought 6 cups and my son was out before we were half way through. I bought 4 more cups before the end.
The private tours are the best way to go! Make sure you buy at least 2 or even 3 buckets of corn. Get ready to have the caravan surrounded by giraffes. I LOVED everything about my tour.
You will get up-close and personal with all of the animals no matter where you sit in the caravan. Don't worry about pushing or rushing for "the best seat"
Don't feed the Zebras!
If you are bringing kids, go early in the day and bring tons of water. Particularly, if you visit during the late spring and summer months. It gets hot on the tour and young children overheat easily!
