Its been 2weeks but still the change of account categorization from corporate to consumer plan is still pending! I don't even get any updates and I need to go to store just to follow up them!
Don't enter a postpaid contract with them. The after-sales service is beyond horrible and when your mobile device breaks, 3 months to replace & they never update you.
Even if you come in at 10am.. there's only 1 person serving the counter... globe service is the worst!

If you're coming here & you need to line up at the customer service, be prepared to wait a looong time. It's best to come here right before it opens at 11 am to avoid the long line and the long wait.
Worst customer service. It will take you 40mins to an hour to pay your bills.

If you get "No Service", don't assume your line was cut even if you haven't paid for months. Turn off then on your phone to check. Huwag ako gayahin na nagmadali to a Globe Store to pay 😳

I had a great customer service here at Globe Greenbelt! Actually every branch! You people just need to know time management(know when and where is the least # if customer when it comes to days n time)

Service sucks. What's a business center for if you can't even talk to a person face-to-face to renew a postpaid contract?
If you're going to pay your bill and don't have a billing statement, fill up the form while you wait and not while already on the cashier. It'll save you time as well as other people.

One of the more pleasant Globe stores. Might not be as efficient as I'd like but the service is decent.
Long lines during the day. So if you have the time, be here at around 8pm. No more queuing.
