If you're going to pay your bill and don't have a billing statement, fill up the form while you wait and not while already on the cashier. It'll save you time as well as other people.
For quick-kill concerns (Inquiries, phone set-up, promo registration and keywords), no need to queue. Just ask the customer service representatives on standby at the demo area. :)
If you get "No Service", don't assume your line was cut even if you haven't paid for months. Turn off then on your phone to check. Huwag ako gayahin na nagmadali to a Globe Store to pay 😳
Place that I always paying my bill for my globe plan for my cellphone and what is good you have to be a platinum me never for globe so no need to wait in line for paying ;)
They should have a designated personnel to accommodate new accounts. Express service? They would just give you a form to be filled out then your ask to go to customer service line for your qualms.
Long lines, but they are so QUICK, EFFECIENT and friendly here! it makes the waiting in line more tolerable and even pleasant at times.
Its been 2weeks but still the change of account categorization from corporate to consumer plan is still pending! I don't even get any updates and I need to go to store just to follow up them!
Don't enter a postpaid contract with them. The after-sales service is beyond horrible and when your mobile device breaks, 3 months to replace & they never update you.
Be prepared to waste a of your day waiting for your number to be called since all employees are busy doing something else that isn't work-related
If you only have a petty complaint about Globe's services, you do not need to get a queuing number. Just proceed to their Express Service desk.
One of the more pleasant Globe stores. Might not be as efficient as I'd like but the service is decent.
If you want get things done, talk to the best person who are willing and able to assist you.
Service is fast but CSRs are cranky during later afternoons. Must be patient when dealing with them.

Vicious queues and horrible speed of service. Try other Globe outlets if you can.
Assistance is the worst. Lines are too long and staff are not friendly at all. Bad bad bad service. Ugh.
Long lines during the day. So if you have the time, be here at around 8pm. No more queuing.
