Gotham Comedy Club is located in New York City and hailed by USA Today as “One of the Top 10 Places in the Country to See Stand-up”. This 15-year veteran club has been featured on NBC’s ‘Last Comic Standing,' ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ and is home to Comedy Central’s hit show ‘Live at Gotham’...
Gotham had great line ups and the food was delicious, but the drinks were outrageously expensive. $7.50 for a domestic is theft. But if you're looking for a cool comedy lounge. I recommend Gotham!
This is one of New York's best comedy clubs, and you're sure to find great entertainment here. Some of the famous comedians here include Jerry Seinfeld, Dave Chapelle, and Pablo Francisco.
Hosts some of the country’s best headliners when they visit the city, as well as local comics. Also hosts local shows like Comedy Juice, Homo Comicus, Gotham Comedy Live, and a new talent showcase
Always love coming here even though it's slightly over priced. Staff is always flustered when there's a full house. Headliners are always great 😁👍
According to NY Mag, this Oscar's night hosted by Christian Finnegan & Kambri Crews. If eserve online - guarantee a spot; $10 gets for a seat & cocktail. To do like stars, reserve a VIP spot for $85.
Drinks arent bad - but who cares you're here to see an amazing show. Great comedy on 23rd street every night of the week you'll laugh your ass off. Havent seen a bad show yet.
Come often, you never know when your favorite stars will make a surprise cameo. They also offer 90-minute workshops if you're looking to fine-tune your own comedy skills.
This club features comedians who are either on the rise or have already established themselves on the national stage, like Lewis Black, Dane Cook and Dave Chappelle.
"My favorite place to perform in New York City! There's no better club to watch comedy on Fri or Sat nights! And you never know when someone like Seinfeld will drop by" – Helen, Setup Squad
I just dislike the fact that u must buy 2 drinks at least! Esp if u dont drink alcohol! Their coke and coffee cost $5.5 each!
Sunday night Gotham All Stars show was great! Loved the gin cocktail and decent beers on tap / in bottles too.
January 30, 2013 come see Sherri Shepherd benfiting the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation. http://www.diabetesresearch.org/pages/get-involved/attend-an-event/its-a-charity-thing
The foursquare "checkin special" got me a 2 for 1 cover. Took a couple waiters/managers to know what the special was but it worked out.
Friendly service, but venue feels a bit dated. Cocktails are very sweet, stick to the beers!
Awesome seating gives it that old New York comedy feel, and the headliners are amazing
Kind if wierd, they think splitting two parties of 6 (that don't know each other) into 3 parties of 4 makes total sense. Comedy I guess.
Best to come with 4+ people. They sit you with other people if it's less than 4... BS!!

The monthly show, Gigs N Spots, is one of the best comedy shows in the city. Hilarious comics everytime. Check it out.
The Gotham all stars show was absolutely hilarious! I thought it was better than even the comedy cellar!
One of the best comedy clubs in NY. Not a bad seat in the entire house.
Show was a good 20 mins late in starting. Also had more crude and less smart humor than expected.
You need to go to Gotham Comedy Club on the 3rd Sunday night of every month. Anthony Anderson hosts a GREAT night of comedy and music!!
Make sure not to miss the premier of Wild 'N Out this Tuesday at 11/10c on MTV2!
Great comedy club, located on 23rd Street. NBC's Emmy-nominated "Last Comic Standing" was filmed on Gotham's stage.
Loved this! Such an awesome experience! Can't wait to do it again!
Avoid like the plague if you wanna have actual fun. You might get thrown out!
Too much fun, laughed my ass off all night. Heading back again in 2 weeks with a tableful of friends!
Awesome place! There's usually a two drink minimum!
my coke was 3/4 water. overpriced food and drinks, horrible atmosphere.
Sucked!! Whitney Cummings had a "migraine" so she didn't perform and they waited until the end of the show to tell us. Sucky club!!!
Tommy Johnagin Is Beyond Funny!!! Get Show And A Must SEE. Also There's A Two Drink Min...
Make sure you check in when you come to our live show to get your discount!

Pablo Francisco is amazing && everyone who tours with him. I laughed until I cried :)
Seinfeld Trivia on Monday, March 26 at 8:30pm.
Pink Lemonades are sweeter than they are alcoholic.
My fav drink is the Pink Lemonade cocktail
It was our best night in NYC. I never had so much fun!
$8 beer isn't too bad for a comedy club!
Tony Rock! He's hilariousd
Bobby Kelly ladies and gents! Goodnight!!
bc everyone could use a laugh on a Monday night
Never take your parents to a comedy show.
