Home of Elvis Presley, it was opened to the public as a museum on June 7th 1982. Second to the White House, this is the most visited private home in the United States at 600,000 visitors a year.
Make sure to sign the wall and have your picture taken in front of the gates.

Since the house tour is more or less paced to the audio player, it's a good idea to pause a moment before you hit play at the front door. That way you won't be clumped with a big crowd the whole tour.
sign the wall at the graceland gates
What a complete exorbitant rip-off. The tour was interesting, but it was only worth about $10. Instead, ticket prices start at $32 each, and to add insult to injury, parking alone is $10.
Gotta say, I honestly wasn't expecting to like this as much as I did. Make sure to visit the cars and the plane exhibit
