Such an amazing market. Like Seattle's Pike Place. A lot more classier and clean.

Modern urban market that eschews chains for more trendy food stalls. A lot of cities are building similar concepts. Atlanta has Ponce City Market.

Very lively place in Downtown LA! Get taco with meat amount so generous that you will need two more tortillas to contain. Also has nice organic product and butcher shop available.

Some of our favorite Market offerings include the Lavender Lemonade slush from Press Brothers Juicery; the BBQ chicken from Sticky Rice, and you can never go wrong with a scoop from McConnell's. Read more

Sad they kicked out all the old vendors. Its lost its old nostalgic charm with new trendy foods. Opens late during the summer.

Long-standing Latino vendors like Ana Maria, with its cartoonishly overstuffed gorditas, are crucial to the appeal; it’s that rich and varied diversity that makes the market—and LA as a whole—unique. Read more

If it's busy and comfortable seating is not available, consider ordering to-go for a relaxing picnic on the spacious lawns of Grand Park; it's just a modest 2 block walk north on Broadway.

I think this is one my favorite places in LA because of the variety of food and G&B Coffee. And ranges of prices too. Overwhelming when it's packed though.

If you've never seen the inside of beautiful Bradbury Building in person and you're visiting the Market in the daytime, plan an extra 15 minutes to cross Broadway at 3rd to check it out.
