Experience the thrill of Midtown Manhattan when you stay at Grand Hyatt New York, a luxury hotel with spacious guest rooms, modern décor and dining options.
Hyatt always does a nice job.
Sits right on top of Grand Central so there is a lot to do right below the hotel. Staff is very nice and room was large - for NYC!
The staff here are great! Very accommodating some rooms are really fabulous in here, totally unexpected in the suites.
One of the best public bathrooms around ;)
Massive Midtown business hotel, for all the good and bad that implies.
Luggage storage is $3 per bag, but waved for Hyatt Platinum and Diamond Gold Passport members.
definitely excellent place
Convenient location in Midtown Manhattan, adjacent to Grand Central Station...
crowded. like in cueing to store ur luggage (3$ a pop).
Very disappointing service and room tiny, dirty and uncomfortable bed.
Grand Central Station.
16th floor concierge lounge has some tasty food. Morning breakfast is fantastic! Come early to beat the rush. The evening meal is even better! The staff is friendly and helpful.
Recent renovation finally fixed up the rooms. Bathrooms still small and service still hit and miss but at least the space looks great. Don't eat here.
The location of this hotel is superb, you will always know your way back via metro. It seems it has been remodeled and looks awesome. The wifi was free and worked fine
Now they have a free WI-FI... Gorgeous hotel, great location, awesome lobby...
Rooms are small, like in almost every hotel in Manhattan, but they have a nice decor. The lobby looks good.
Relatively good sized rooms (for Manhattan) and a nice upper floor gym.
Bar is nice for beer but wine overpriced.
Excellent price and localization. The room is OK.
Great place to stay in New York! Good service and everything is very close to the hotel!
Zionist Organization of America gala! #AmYisraelChai
Best place to view Chrysler Building
View from the 33rd
My worst Hyatt experience ever!!! Dirty rooms, very bad service, never ever!
Great place to use the bathroom or relax in between tourist destinations.
The market in the lobby serves coffee and snacks and open 24 hours
Nice central hotel but busy due to grand central location but convenient for walking to main attractions. Do not order water in room service it's $12 for a 1L bottle. Luggage storage is $3 per item!
Beautiful bar and lobby. Geared toward business ppl.
Meeting for Arthur Ashe Kids Day. Which is tomorrow 8/23
Beautiful facade, imponent hall, very high price, very small bedrooms, very expensive paid internet, nothing in the small fridge. Much glamour before to much deception right into the bedroom.
Cool rooms & good deals last minute online
Restauant for breakfast is relatively small for this size hotel - and there's always a line and wait. Go to the market fresh across the lobby, which is open 24/7.
Lounge on the first floor is a really cool place to grab a night cap. Good scotch selection and tasty small plates.
Location is really good.
This is your standard hotel bar - overpriced drinks and borrrrrrring. Protip - use this nifty app foursquare to find better drink options nearby
Attention pass through the entrance door
Good pizza and soup. Take it to your room. There are lighter options like yogurt and salads. Open late got mine at 11pm
Shabby bathtub (chipped enamel), no bathroom garbage can, mediocre service in the lobby. Seems the hotel focuses on tech pizzazz (an app, 4sq special) to make up for aging facilities.
Such a great hotel. In walking distance to everything in midtown.
first night in New York was pretty good!
Great location. Outstanding guest service. Wifi bandwidth needs to be upgraded.
Better be rocking diamond status or have a real deep pocket. Either way. It's just worth it.
Horrible service, room not cleaned and killed a roach. Ugh.
