Nice hotel with modern rooms and amazing location. Very "on brand" for Hyatt, great if you like Hyatt, not great if you want character. The staff were overwhelmingly helpful, very impressed.

This place is an overpriced joke. It's almost $400 a night, construction everywhere, they charge $10 to use the gym, they charge for throttled internet service. It's only one elevator per floor.
  • Chris H.
    Chris H.March 31, 2015
Do not stay here until they're done with the remodel. This place is literally a construction zone, and shouldn't even be open at all. What a joke this stay was.

They are under construction in the lobby - not a good place to be right now. Their executives don't return calls and you almost have to badger them to get a call back

Pros: Convienience. Cons: Not only is the internet not free, it is throttled unless you pay a higher price. There are other annoyances that make me question the room rates. The bed is nice though.
