Try the yummy perogies from Perogy Place. Share a table with strangers. Make new friends and listen to all kinds of languages spoken around you while taking in the beautiful view. Love this place!
The Granville Island Public Market is the freshest spot in town! The best seafood, meats, bakeries, delis, and every type of fruit and veg you can imagine (and some you can't).
Fresh everything! That includes people too! Never in a bad mood, this place is a place of smiles and goodness :)

You must try the granola at Stuart's. It's the best thing you could buy at the market, and the staff is awesome!

The public market here has amazing food. The fresh olive bread, the fresh fruit, the crapes, etc. So worth the trip!

Beware of the birds outside the food court, especially if you are carrying a plate of anything. They will DIVE.

Try the donuts at Lee's. Seriously, you won't regret it.
Marketplace & restaurants with little gift shops along the alleys. Lots of options if you are hungry - French, Thai, Indian, Japanese, you name it. If you plan on eating outside, beware of the birds.
Watch out for aggressive seagulls!
Red snapper, and calm and other chowders must be hunted down from the small food court in the market building.
Stop by for a coffee at JJ Bean and take in the cool market vibe.
Petite ami coffee is the best coffee. Lovely ladies who aren't pretentious.
Skip segals for bagels. Go to kaisers. They don't have as much selection, but they are bigger, better and cheaper.
